Communication over telephone has gained popularity in the marketing section of businesses. While communicating over telephone, the ideas and views are being transferred to the other person. The listener should be able to understand and interpret the message transferred and also understand the caller, the condition in which the other person is calling. While communicating over telephone there are certain norms that has to be followed and the proper implementation of these norms will enable positive communication and otherwise communication will be ineffective. We have taken into account these requirements and introduced this session as part of the training ew offer.
